1. MDA-Management & Development of Agencies- has established an ongoing quarterly Business Acceleration System (BAS) to help develop and expand our field force. BAS is a very dynamic program design to get the new representative on a fast track to success. Although not mandatory, we strongly suggest that the agency builder who wants to master our “ ROAD MAP” to success, take advantage of this opportunity to put their business in gear, network with top producers and agency builders and meet the corporate team.
